Scott Raymond Maucere
Managing Member
Scott Maucere is the founding member of Maucere Law Group LLC. Mr. Maucere practices in the areas of international law, complex business litigation, corporate law, and entertainment and film law. Prior to starting Maucere Law Group LLC, Mr. Maucere practiced law with an international boutique law firm, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Maucere advises businesses and investors throughout the world on a daily basis. Mr. Maucere has experience litigating multi-million dollar cases and negotiating high value business agreements for businesses around the world.
Education
Mr. Maucere received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School. He received his bachelor of arts in political science from Lee University, where he graduated summa cum laude. While in Law School, Mr. Maucere was a recipient of the Deans Scholarship. He also served as the Articles Editor for the prestigious Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He was a member of the Vanderbilt Mock Trial Board, and served as vice president of the Vanderbilt Trial Advocacy Society.
Community
Mr. Maucere is an active member of his community. He is an active member in the area’s Chamber of Commerce. He serves as a coach for a local mock trial team, and last year had the privilege of taking the team to the national tournament. He is also active in his church, and he belongs to several community and activist clubs.

Michelle Maucere
Firm Adminstrator and Director of Marketing
Ms. Maucere serves as the Firm’s senior administrator and director of marketing. She posesses a degree in business and office administration, and she has over 5 years of experience in law firm administration and support. Ms. Maucere regularly coordinates the business administration needs of the firm, as well as providing a liaison for Maucere Law Group’s clients.
